Think you can just build a front fence in your yard without getting council approval think again!

You would be surprised at some of the projects councils will require approval for, so before starting your next project please consult an expert first.  Our advice if free of charge and could save you a headache in the future as well as your hard earned money.

You don’t want to run into trouble with the council and have to take your new fence or extension down.  Also if you go to sell and the new structure isn’t council approved the purchaser may request it be removed or may class it as a negative rather than an improvement.  Every council is different and generally wait times for council approval can be between 2 to 4 months.  So if this all sounds a bit confusing let us take care of it for you we are used to dealing with councils and we know the requirements needed to get approval as fast as possible.

We handle the whole process from design through to planning and completion.

We take all the stress out of the process by drafting up drawings and applying to council on your behalf.  So if you’re thinking about getting some work done in the near future just remember the sooner you get us to draft up your plans the sooner we can get them through council and start work.

Don’t leave it until the last minute then have to wait 3-4 months before you can start. Once the plans are approved you can start work any time so whatever project you’re planning today give us a call and let us get the ball rolling.
